How to Wear
1. Wrap strap just below knee with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap against skin.
2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.
3. Adjust strap until fit is firm yet comfortable. DO NOT constrict blood flow.

Care Instructions
Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash tumble dry dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
